Introduction to Freediving

This is your first dive.  You will pick up your gear the morning of the dive at Ocean Gear Scuba Center.  After issuing gear, taking care of equipment purchases like boots & gloves and a comprehensive dive briefing, you will travel to Corona Del Mar Main Beach.  Here you will learn how to enter and exit the ocean using the surf zone.  You will be introduced to rescue techniques to enhance your training.  We will be making surface dives down 15′ to 25′. Oh, and by the way, you will do it all by holding your breath.
