Night Diver Program

OVERVIEW
This course is to provide the diver with the skills and
knowledge needed to minimize the risks of diving at night.

ACADEMIC REQUIREMENTS
Coverage is to include planning and preparation, night
diving equipment, procedures, problems, hazards, navigation
and buddy system techniques.

SPECIAL EQUIPMENT

You will be required to own a Primary Dive Light, a Back-up Dive Light and a Marker Beacon.

These should be purchased at Ocean Gear SCUBA Center when you come in to pick up

your gear for the evening, or, through our online store.

Program Cost

A good Night Diver Specialty Course is about $200 plus rentals, lights, etc.

Our costs are simple. Each evening activity costs $40. Any SCUBA equipment necessary

(i.e. rental gear) is provided at no extra charge - that's right, the gear is FREE.

After you have completed 4 night dives, you may choose to purchase your

Night Diving Specialty Card for the cost of $30.
